Streaming Safety

Terms & Conditions

Bandwidth: Streaming Safety encodes digital video at a medium-high quality bit rate which requires an uninterrupted internet connection of at least 500kb per second of bandwidth in order to stream properly. This generally equates to a DSL or cable modem connection, however if multiple computers are sharing an internet connection over a network, bandwidth may fall below the required level resulting in unsteady playback. Streaming Safety highly recommends testing your bandwidth with the content available on our home page to ensure you have the ability to stream the content to your satisfaction. No refunds will be given due to a lack of end-user bandwidth available.

Copyright: Streaming Safety delivers copyrighted content on a subscription basis to a specific end-user. A subscription to Streaming Safety’s content does not grant the end-user any right to capture, copy, record or digitize any video or audio content.

Subscription Conditions: The use of the Streaming Safety subscription is only licensed to the end-user and employees and contractors at one unique company location. Allowing unauthorized users access to Streaming Safety’s content may result in a revocation of user rights without refund and/or prosecution.
